Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, Europe including United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. If you have a question about other destinations we deliver, please drop us an email to confirm
When does my order ship?
All orders will be dispatched on next working day. If you make an order on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on Monday. We will keep you informed once the tracking number is allocated.
How long does it take to deliver?
Orders are shipped in secure packaging with tracking number so you can keep track of your order. Estimated time of delivery 2 -3 weeks. If you need a different form of delivery, please contact us. Please note most of our customers receive their orders much faster than anticipated delivery time.
What is your return and exchanged policy?
We proudly stand behind our 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all orders, if this isn't what you expected, we'll gladly give you a refund but be sure you contact us in 14 days from the delivery date. A refund ticket must be submitted to our customer care team, and upon approval, all orders must be shipped back to us, with return shipping payed by the customer. If you were gifted an item or purchased an item that has defects of any sort, we ask that you submit a photo to help us get to the bottom of the issue and from there, we can further discuss and rectify the matter to the fullest extent necessary. Want to change your order or have an issue with your order?
Since the turnaround times on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
